Does anyone know the best manga or drawing app for drawing digital art?
I need help to find the best one that is free download and doesn't cost anything. I need it to complete a request i have for one of my watchers on here.
If anyone has a name or two of a few good apps, please comment and let me know.

In for a busy 2017.

Its only the first month of the new year and already i know what i'm in for this year. A very busy 2017. Recently i started driving lessons and have to clock 100 hours (so many hours u_u). So far i have completed two lessons and start my third next week. Until everything is sorted, i will be doing weekly lessons to try and get my 100 hours done. If everything goes to plan i will hopefully have my license before my 21st birthday. Along with this i need to finish off my studies and get a part time job.
So far i have almost finished off my last diploma. I have three units left, Customer Service and two others i can't remember the names of yet. I hope my studies will recommence soon so i can get the last units done. Once i have i hope to try and get a full time job. I also have to look at a few programs that will digitally allow me to draw anime so i can finish off a request i have from a watcher on here. She's been very patient and i want to finish her request off, hopefully with good results.
As of now i also am trying to finish off my Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Live Action oc story. I have approximately eight chapters left to complete. Four from the past and four from the present. After that i will right a small spin off story and end that book. Speaking of PGSM Live Action i also need to look around for a few good places to get a costume custom made so i can cosplay my favorite character from the series. A character i really love and will admit have a massive crush on. Lol. Haha. So hopefully i can get that done by the end of the year and start cosplaying again. (I really miss it). Though i may be quite rusty. Last time i cosplayed was three years ago.
This will be a new challenge for me as i have never tried cosplaying a main character before, let alone a male. Haha. (smiles shyly). The character i want to cosplay is Zoisite, the musician of the Dark Kingdom. For those who don't know who im talking about, he comes from a live action adaption of one of my favorite childhood animes Sailor Moon. It was made in Japan in 2003, 14 years ago. Zoisite was played by Endo Yoshito. I this image works i can show you who i'm talking about. He is the general dressed in white.
In truth i'm pumped to try and cosplay one of my fave characters. Depending on how everything goes this year, it may be a while before i can get his costume custom made and before i can cosplay as him. But yeah, i'm in for a really busy year. Here's hoping everything goes to plan. ^^

PGSM Live Action Oc story

Wow, it has been forever since i last posted a journal entry on here ever since i've been really busy tryng to finish off my last few units for leadership and management.
The reason for this Journal today is to let you all know that i am currently working on an oc story for Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Live Action.
So far i have written 9 chapters for it and continue to write more until it ends with the Final Act of the series.
Along with this, i still have a few other things to do for one or two of you, and i aim to s soon as i can.
For those who want to read my series, i have only one chapter on here but the whole story sits on fanfiction.net.

Konohana Sakuya Hime- Storyline so far.

Ok, so this journal is to let you all know the storyline i have done so far for this idea i had of Konohana Sakuya Hime.
Past:
Years ago before the time of Princess Sakura Konohana, a young gifted priestess by the name of Tamashi Kurai (Dark soul), was gifted in the art of magic. She ruled that land with peace, but one day she fell in love with a young man by the name of Aku Tsume (Evil Claw). A young warlord that was a demon. He was strongly gifted with black magic. He tempted her to the point in which she gave into the darkness within her heart, losing her purity as a pure priestess. Selfishly, he turned her to into a demonic queen, but disappeared soon after. Since then Tamashi was seen as the great evil, destroying everything in her wake, seeking revenge for her lover's disappearence.
Years later, a young princess named Sakura Konohana, was born and gifted with great magic and knowledge. She brought peace and hope to those who had fallen under Tamashi's darkness. As Tamashi reined terror to others, Sakura took it in her step to defeat the great evil. In her journey, while still ruling her kingdom, Sakura feel in love with a young prince Tomohiro Honda, who to had magic in his blood. During the great war of good and evil, these two fought side by side, falling deeper and deeper in love, disgusted with this Tamashi envied them, and greatly weakened both Tomohiro and Sakura. As the war raged on, evil lost. Tomohiro grew weaker, as did his love, they were engaged. Before finally batteling Tamashi, Tomohiro locked what was left of his beloved's power and her soul in the boughs of a sacred Cherry Blossom Tree, in which would later be the centre of Nichibotsu (Sunset) Shrine, where Kumiko and her family would live in the future.
In the end it was beleievd that Tamshi had been defeated by Tomohiro, who died soon after weak from using his full power, the power of a god. Tamashi was believed to have vanished without a trace, but 500 years later, she returns.
Present:
Kumiko Saito is your avaerage care free 16-year-old girl who enjoys school, being with her friends and enjoying life.Her family are the guardians of Nichibotsu Shrine in Kyoto. She is the reincarnation of the ancient princess even though she doesn't know it yet. Her life takes a mass turn when Tamashi returns once more, ready to shroud the world in darkness. The ancient princess's spirit awakes when evil returns once more. She seeks her reincaranation and to an unsuspecting Kumiko, Sakura tells Kumiko of the great evil and that she cannot be free until evil is destroyed forever. Kumiko wears an amethyst lotus around her neck, in which bonds the princess's soul to Kumiko. Throughout the journey kumiko begins to gain powers she is unable to understand and at first it frightens her, but with Sakura's help she welcomes the power as a gift. Also unsuspecting to Kumiko, the ancient princess has lost her memories.
Throughtout the journey she slowly reagins them and in the end remembers how to finally defeat Tamashi. With assisitant of a mysterious teenager with lilac silver eyes named Takehiko Hagashi also helps Kumiko and Sakura to defeat Tamashi, even at the start when both hate each other deeply. Thrughout the joruney, Kumiko begins to fall in love with Takehiko and he falls fer her back. As they battle evil, they learn new things about each other...
